Since not all vacations require the same amount of work and customization, we have three packages based on how much work you’ve already done and the level of service we offer.

Our Packages

Since not all vacations require the same amount of work and customization, we have three packages based on how much work
you’ve already done and the level of service we offer.

Essentials Package:
  • You know where you want to go, but not where you want to stay
  • 2 People: $100 4 people: $175 5+: $40/person
  • Help choosing a resort or cruise in one destination
  • 2-3 hotel/resort/cruise suggestions and pricing
  • Link to book tours/shore excursions
  • 24/7 emergency support while traveling
  • Trip monitored for price drop, if applicable
Skylines Package:
  • You want to go to two places in one trip, and/or you're not sure where you want to go
  • 2 People: $200 4 people: $350 5+: $75/person
  • Essentials plan plus:
  • Help choosing a destination
  • 2-3 hotel/resort/cruise suggestions per destination, up to 3 destinations
  • Discussion of tour/shore excursion options
Beyond Package:
  • You want to visit more than two destinations in one trip, and/or you want a truly customized trip with every aspect tailored to you
  • 2 People: $500 4 people: $875 5+: $125/person
  • Skylines package plus:
  • Attraction and meal reservations
  • Activities chosen with each traveler in mind - something for everyone
  • 50% discount on weekend/after hours appointment fee and rush travel fee
Other Miscellaneous Fees:
  • Flight escort - I fly with you in both directions and help with anything you need while in-transit (plane ticket plus per diem)
  • Trip escort - I guide your entire trip, from departure to return home (plane ticket plus accommodations)
  • Weekend/after hours appointment fee ($50 per 30 minutes)
  • Rush fee for travel within 14 days
  • Flight change fee ($50 per person)
  • Declined credit card fee ($25)
  • Cancellation fee (10% of the trip cost, unless you have purchased insurance through me)
